Mr. Metzler is the managing director of Serenity Venture Partners. Previous to that Mr. Metzler was the founder and CEO of Wildfire Life as well as OneHealth Solutions Inc. OneHealth was later acquired by wellness company Viverae. Mr. Metzler started his career as an Associate and Financial Analyst at Mission Venture and CIBC Capital Markets. Mr. Metzler earned a degree in economics for Columbia University.

Mr. Pellegrino is also the Founder of Quartic Data. Quartic is an AI-based risk management company servicing financial institutions. Mr. Pellegrino was the former owner and president of property management and travel companies which he exited.
